1. Pre-Foreclosure Data Integration
- Detailed Pre-Foreclosure Info: The property details view provides crucial pre-foreclosure details, including default amounts and auction locations, helping you make informed investment decisions.
2. Advanced Pre-Foreclosure Filters
- Powerful New Filters: We’ve added new filters specifically for pre-foreclosure properties for our Growth and Professional plan users. Filter by status, recording date, auction date, opening bid, release date, and default amount to refine your search and find the best investment opportunities.
3. Enhanced Property Details Window
- Comprehensive Information: The new property details window provides a wealth of information. You can view estimated property values, sale information, contact information, property details, land and tax information, and MLS listings for each property all in one place.
4. Street View and Image Enhancements
- Street View Images: We have integrated street view images into the property details window, offering you a real-world perspective of the properties you are interested in. *Please note that street view images are currently only available if you click on the property pin within List Builder.
- Future Image Uploads: Soon, you'll also be able to view MLS listing images and upload your images, giving you even more visual context.
5. Expanded Access to Filters
- Filters for All: We’re making our powerful filters accessible to all users! Now, every user can use our comprehensive filtering options to discover better investment properties. (excluding the new pre-foreclosure filters).
6. Already have this property record
- You can now see if you already have this property record in your database. This is particularly useful if you are looking for new properties and would like to understand if this is already one you have.
Upcoming features to look forward to:
- Comping Tool: Soon, you can view comparable properties directly within the details window, making it easier to evaluate potential investments.
- Historical Data: We are working on adding the ability to view each property's sale, tax, MLS listings, and pre-foreclosure history, giving you a complete picture of its background.
Platform changes and fixes:
- The ability to now click through into a contact from a property record.
- Marketing profiles have been simplified for types of marketing
- Redesign of login pages and fixing forgot password issues
- Fixed the issue with Invelo Academy not properly logging users in
- Fixed missing activity logs on contact file uploads for status changes and phone types
- Fixed sorting on import/history tables
