Understanding the Distress Score
Every property it analyzes is assigned a distress score between 0–100:
- 80–100 = Highly distressed – strong lead potential
- 60–79 = Moderate distress – worth following up
- 0–59 = Low visible distress – deprioritize or skip
You choose the minimum score, and Invelo does the rest.
Why Might a Property Not Be Included?
Some properties may not be assessed due to:
